This in turn can help you take the necessary steps to address the issue aat level 3.

This will enable you to adapt to a number of changes and improvements that are taking place in organizations. For example, it is important to recognize that organizations are gradually moving towards a service-based model. It is also important for people to realize that they have the right to voice their opinion and to participate in decision making.
Finally, a foundation degree will equip you with the ability to develop strategic thinking skills.
